By using the Dawaa app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the App.

Important medical notice: Dawaa is only a tool for organizing medications and reminding you about them. It is not a medical device and not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your doctor or pharmacist about your medications and their doses. We are not responsible for any treatment decision made in reliance on the App.

1. Description of the Service

The App lets you organize medications and schedules, receive reminders, log doses, and track adherence for several family members, with a simplified mode for seniors.

2. Account & Eligibility

You must be an adult legally able to accept these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

3. Family Use & Caregivers

You may create profiles for your family members and grant monitoring access to people you trust. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter about others and for obtaining their consent where needed.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

The App offers a free plan and a paid plan (Dawaa Pro) with a monthly or yearly subscription.
All payments and renewals are processed through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings.
Refund requests are handled under the store's policy (Apple / Google) and are not under our direct control.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access to it or our systems, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights in the App, its design, and its trademark belong to us. It may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the App, including a missed dose or an input error.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are settled in accordance with them.
